Get files onto your computer

RealPlayer can import files from your portable device to your computer.

Import all new files from your device to your computer

1. Connect your portable device to your computer.
   
   RealPlayer opens to the device view of the Library. (If you need to find the device view manually: click the Library tab, then click your device name in the Library sidebar.)
2. Click the From Device tab.
3. Click Import Selected.

Import selected files from your device

Do this if you want to import a few specific items.

1. Connect your portable device to your computer.
   
   RealPlayer opens to the device view of the Library. (If you need to find the device view manually: click the Library tab, then click your device name in the Library sidebar.)
2. Under the device name in the sidebar, click Music, Videos, or Pictures. Files marked with a green dot are new.
3. Select the files you wish to import.
4. Click Import Selected.

Good to know

• When you click From Device, the new files are new since the last import.
• You can uncheck Music, Videos, or Pictures to exclude all of that type of content.
• To automatically import new files each time the device is connected, click Device Options in the device view and select file types under Auto Import.
