Burn an AVCHD disc

What you need to get started

How to Burn an AVCHD disc

  1. Put a blank disc in the DVD burner drive.
  2. In the Library, under Photos & Videos, select your videos. Click Burn.
  3. The Burn page opens.
  4. The first time you use the video burning feature, RealPlayer Cloud may prompt you to download additional software from RealNetworks. Click OK to accept the software, which must be installed before RealPlayer Cloud can access your video burning drive. RealPlayer Cloud may restart.

  5. Follow the steps in the left panel.

Good to know

You can only burn files that are on your computer. To burn files stored in your cloud, download the files.

The maximum total duration for an AVCHD disc is 60 minutes.

An AVCHD disc is a DVD in AVCHD format. (AVCHD stands for Advanced Video Coding High Definition, a type of format for recording and playing high-definition video.) These discs can be played only on a Blu-ray player.
