(Default: On) When enabled, AutoUpdates are automatically downloaded and installed without your input. When disabled, AutoUpdate will prompt you for confirmation before downloading and installing updates. In either case, periodically contacts to determine if critical software updates are required. Note: This communication can be limited so that it is only performed when is in use. To do so, select Configure Message Center from the Preferences: Automatic Services > Message Center dialog; then select Check only when is running. |
