> Preferences... > General > Playback Settings. TurboPlay monitors your connection speed, providing the fastest possible streamed playback over a broadband connection. It begins playing a as soon as possible, rather than waiting until the minimum buffer size is met. This feature provides almost instant playback with a high-speed broadband connection.
During installation, sets this feature to On by default if you indicate your connection speed is at or above 256 Kbps.
To enable or disable TurboPlay, select > Preferences... > General > Playback Settings.
To change your connection speed, select > Preferences... > Connection.
