How can I update my RealPlayer Cloud software?

Updated software is available to all RealPlayer Cloud customers with Windows operating systems. By using the most recent version of RealPlayer Cloud, you can resolve some problems you might be having with RealPlayer Cloud and can play additional file types.

To make sure you are using the latest RealPlayer Cloud software, check to see whether there is an update available for RealPlayer Cloud:

1. Open RealPlayer Cloud.
2. Click , then Check for Update:
   - If the Message Center window appears, click Update to get the latest new version of RealPlayer Cloud.
   - If the AutoUpdate window appears, scroll through the list, select RealPlayer Cloud or any plug-ins that you want to update, and click Install.  Plug-ins will install automatically.
3. If prompts appear for additional steps, follow them for complete installation.

Note: To check your current RealPlayer Cloud version number, click the Help menu, then About RealPlayer Cloud. Plug-in versions are available in the AutoUpdate Preferences.
