Supported devices for "Copy to"

Connect your device to your computer. If you have an MTP (Mass Transfer Protocol) device, RealDownloader will automatically generate a profile for your device.

RealDownloader checks for new device profiles regularly.

Some devices need to be set so that your computer sees your device as a disk drive. This might be called MSC, or Mount as USB, or USB Storage.

1. From the Download This Video button: click , then Select Another Device.
   OR
   From the RealDownloader window: click Copy to, then Select Another Device.
2. In the "Select a Device" dialog, select Show All from the drop-down menu.

Unsupported devices for "Copy to"

You can download and prepare files for these devices, but cannot transfer them directly using RealDownloader.

• Any device profile listed under "Video Format" or "Audio Format"
• Any device that uses "Windows Mobile ActiveSync"

• MP3 Player (Generic)
• Palm Centro
• Palm Treo 800w
• Playstation 3
• Samsung Jack
• Xbox 360
• Zune
