From the Menu bar, select Tools > Preferences: Connection > Network Transports.
Use these preferences to adjust and select the different modes of network transport that you use. You can use different settings for either Progressive Networks Audio (PNA) protocol or Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP). Consult your network administrator for the appropriate settings. In most cases, the default settings will work.
Warning: The use of these preferences assumes a basic knowledge of Internet protocols and firewalls. Changing these settings improperly can drastically affect how your RealPlayer functions. For more information about firewalls, refer to our web site at: http://service.real.com/firewall/.
