Use the Help menu to access Help files and support services, and to manage a RealNetworks account. Most of these options require you to be connected to the internet. If you are not online and choose a service that requires a connection, you will be prompted to connect.

Menu Option		Description
Help		Opens this Help document.
Customer Support		Opens a new browser to the Customer Support page.
Manage My Account		Allows you to view and edit your account information.
Send Product Feedback...		Allows you to tell us about your experience with RealPlayer.
Upgrade to Premium Player		Opens a browser window to the RealPlayer upgrade page at www.real.com. (This menu item does not appear in RealPlayer Plus 15.)
About RealPlayer		Displays your RealPlayer Version and Copyright Information. Version Info: Version number for associated files and plug-ins. Copyrights: List of associated copyrights. Close: Closes the About RealPlayer dialog. Check for Update: Opens the AutoUpdate window.
