Favorites are shortcuts to media clips. Whether the clip resides out on the internet or on your computer, the Favorites feature saves the location information for quick access. You can organize favorites in folders and subfolders. To do more with Favorites, click and select View > Favorites. You can also access Favorites by clicking .

Opens your folder of saved Favorites. Edit favorites by cutting, copying, pasting, or deleting them. Or drag and drop them from one folder to another. |

Add Clips to Favorites
- In the Library, select the clips you want to add to Favorites.
- Click , select View > Favorites > Add Clip to Favorites. This opens the "Add Clips To Favorites" dialog.
- Save the current clip as a favorite.
- If you like, edit the Name of the favorite.
- From the Folder drop-down menu, select the folder where you want to save the favorite. To save the favorite to a new folder or subfolder, select Browse... at the bottom of the drop-down menu to open the "Create In Folder" dialog. Click New Folder... to create a new folder (or select an existing folder first to create a subfolder).
- Click OK to close the dialogs.
Add Web Pages to Favorites
- Open the web page you want to make a favorite.
- Click , select View > Favorites > Add Web Page to Favorites. This opens the "Add Page To Favorites" dialog.
- Save the current URL (web page) as a favorite.
- If desired, edit the Name of the favorite.
- From the Folder drop-down list, select the folder where you want to save the favorite. To save the favorite to a new folder or subfolder, select Browse.. at the bottom of the menu to open the "Create In Folder" dialog. Click New Folder... to create a new folder (or first select an existing folder to create a subfolder).
- Click OK to close the dialogs.
Manage Favorites
- Click , select View > Favorites > Manage Favorites. This opens the folder on your local drive where the Favorites shortcuts are stored.
- Organize these shortcuts as you would any other file. You can drag and drop, cut, copy, delete, paste, or rename them as you like.
Play Favorites
- Click , select View > Favorites.
- Select a Favorite from the list or from a subfolder.
