Add pictures to your Library

RealPlayer automatically finds picture files in the Pictures or My Pictures folder on your computer.

To add pictures from other locations:

1. Open the Library.
2. Select Pictures in the sidebar.
3. Drag and drop picture files to the Library display area.

Note: Pictures are not part of > File > Scan Disk for Media or File > Add Files to My Library.

Viewing pictures and slideshows

1. In the Library, select the picture or pictures you would like to view.
2. In the sidebar, select View to see a single picture or select Slideshow to view a group of pictures as a slideshow.
3. The picture or pictures opens in RealPlayer.

Good to know

Pictures are not stored as clipsClips are shortcuts, not actual files. They link to an encoded unit of audio or video media that can be played by RealPlayer. They can be streamed or local.. When you view pictures in the Library, you are viewing the actual files rather than shortcuts - just like viewing the contents of a folder on your computer.

Note: Pictures cannot be a part of any playlist.
