The Download This Video button is missing

If you can't see a Download This Video button, try a test download.

To open a test video in a new page, click here. Play the video.
Move the mouse over the video. Look for on the upper right.
If the button does not appear, right-click the video. (Sometimes the right-click option will work when the Download This Video button does not appear.) The menu should include "Download This Video".

If the button or the menu option is available, then RealDownloader is working with your browser correctly.

If the button and the menu option are not available, follow these steps.

Note:Not all video content on the internet is available for download. If RealDownloader detects that the video is not recordable—or the owner of the video does not allow downloading—the Download This Video button will not appear.
