Views: Library

The Library is one location where you can see all of your media: videos, music files, imported CDs, and downloads from the internet. From the Library you can create your own custom CDs and DVDs, and put together playlists and Albums.

Open the Library by clicking on theLibrary tab. Select any of the media categories from the sidebar, on the left.

• Photos & Videos - all of your photo and video content, both on your PC and in the cloud, RealTimes.
• Recent Activity - detailed activity for your photos & videos, including activity on your RealPlayer Cloud account from other devices.
• Shared By Me - view and manage items you have shared.
• Shared With Me - view and manage items other users have shared with you.
• Albums - view and manage your Albums.
• Music - play and manage your music.
• Playlists - manage and play your music playlists.
• CD/DVD - play CDs or DVDs, see what is currently in your CD/DVD drive.

Library filters under Photos & Videos

Look to the top of the Library display area to find filters that help you see the content you want. Filters vary based on what part of the Library you are viewing.

On the left, you can choose what type of files you wish to see: All, Photos, or Videos.

At the center, you can choose the source of content: PC, Cloud, or RealTimes.

On the right, you can choose how you would like your content to be grouped: Timeline, Date Added, Location, Name, or Folder.

Search the Library

1. Open the Library.
2. In the Search field, located in the upper right corner, type a search term or terms. When entering multiple search terms, separate words with spaces only. Do not use commas. Search terms are not case sensitive.
3. Click or press [ENTER] to start the search.
4. Search results appear in the Library Display area. You can sort by clicking any of the Library filters.
