The Status Display is your connection information center. Find out at a glance about the clip status, format, and the quality of your connection to the internet.

If available, the title or file name of the current clip appears at the top of the RealPlayer, above the Status Display. |

You will see the word "Contacting" while RealPlayer finds and connects to the content site. |

During loading, you will see a loading icon indicating that action is taking place, but not yet finished; the word "Loading" and the percentage complete will also be displayed. |

Status of the clip: Playing , Paused , or Stopped . |

Normal Minimal Severe |
Net Health is indicated by the color of the Play Icon. Blue represents a good connection. Orange represents minimal information loss. Red indicates severe information loss; rebuffering is necessary. Rebuffering will cause a short pause in playback. |
