Troubleshooting

First steps

If you are a RealPlayer Plus 15 user and are having trouble with Plus features, confirm that you are signed in. Am I signed in?

Make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer.

  1. The latest version number is listed in the Release Notes.
  2. To check your current RealPlayer version number, click the Help menu, then About RealPlayer.
  3. If you have an older version, go to http://www.real.com and download the latest RealPlayer.
