The View menu contains controls related to how RealPlayer Cloud is displayed, and which pages are displayed in the Media Browser:

Menu Option

 

Description

Normal Mode

RealPlayer Cloud is displayed as a window on your desktop.

Toolbar mode

RealPlayer Cloud controls are in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. When clips with video or VisualizationA RealPlayer tool that lets you view a digital representation of the audio being played. Various visualizations are available. images are played, the images are displayed in a detached Presentation window.

Theater mode

RealPlayer Cloud controls are in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and the desktop is replaced with a black background. Video images are shown in the middle of the screen.

Note: Theater mode does not alter the contents of the desktop, only its appearance while in this mode.

Zoom

Original Size

Changes the Resize Frame to 100% of current video image default size.

Double Size

Changes the Resize Frame to 200% of current video image default size.

Full Screen Theater

Changes the display to Theater Mode and expands the video image to fill the monitor screen. See Theater Mode for details.

Hide & Pause

Minimizes RealPlayer Cloud and pauses any content that is playing.

Message Center

Opens the Message Center.

Favorites

See Favorites for more information.

Add Clip to Favorites...

Opens "Add Clip To Favorites" dialog. Edit Name or select a Folder from the drop-down list. Click OK to add clip.

Start at Time: (Available only for non-streamingClips that are associated with media files that reside on a local drive.clips.) Check and enter hours, minutes, and seconds to advance the clip before beginning playback.

Add Web Page to Favorites...

Opens "Add Page To Favorites" dialog. Edit Name or select Folder from drop-down list. Click OK to add URLUniform Resource Locator. This is the complete address that tells a browser or RealPlayer where to get the information to show or play, and how to interpret that information. (For example: www.real.com/thankyou.rm) of current web page to Favorites list.

Manage Favorites...

Opens your folder of saved Favorites. Edit favorites by cutting, copying, pasting, or deleting them. Or drag and drop them from one folder to another.

Audio, Radio, Video, Web Pages

The groups of Favorites you have created with RealPlayer Cloud.

Show Related Info

Select to enable the display of Related Info in the Presentation Area.

Album Info

Controls the Album Info display option. Information appears to the right of your Player Control bar.

Show Displays the Album Info panel even if no information about the album is available.


Show Only When Available (Default)
Displays the Album Info panel only when information about the album is available for display.
Hide
Turns off the Album Info feature.

Choose Visualization

Opens the Visualization submenu. (See Visualization for more information.) Select a Visualization (Default: None) from the list to change the active Visualization image.

Visualization Settings... Allows you to customize how the Visualization images respond to sounds. Not applicable to all Visualization images.

Get More Visualizations... Opens the web browser to the Visualization images download page. Download new Visualization image files for your list.

Delete Visualizations... Opens the file folder containing your available Visualization files (*.rpv). Select and delete the desired file to remove a Visualization from the list.

Go To

Opens the selected page in the Media Browser; the same as if the page were selected from the browser buttons.

Library

Opens your RealPlayer Cloud Library of media clips.

CD/DVD

Opens CD/DVD play view.

Burn

Burn audio or video discs, copy files to portable players and other storage devices.

Web Videos

Opens the Web Videos home page.

Playlist

Opens and closes the Playlist pane.

On Top While Playing

Select to keep RealPlayer Cloud on top of all other opened windows while a clip is playing.

Note: The indicates a submenu.
